At VeraBody, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review the policy below for details on returns and refunds.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or tampering will not be accepted.

  • All returns require prior approval before being sent back.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, VeraBody will cover the shipping cost for the product to be returned to us.

However, if a returned item is inspected and found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, the return will not qualify for a refund.

In such cases:

  • The customer will be responsible for both the original return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the item back to them, depending on the situation.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the issue is verified:

  • VeraBody will cover all associated shipping costs.

  • You may receive a replacement product or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Inspection & Refunds

All returns are inspected upon receipt.

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days after the return has been received, processed, and inspected.

Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

Quality Assurance

Every order is carefully inspected by our fulfillment team prior to shipment.

Products that do not meet our quality standards are removed and not shipped.

Despite thorough inspections, issues may occasionally occur during transit, and we are happy to assist when reported within the stated timeframe.

Additional Notes

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
